1. Internship Overview

This internship is offered by BHGed, founded by Bhushan Gakre.
The role is a General Intern, where tasks may include outreach, coordination, communication, marketing assistance, and other responsibilities assigned by the team.

This is a learning-based internship, not employment.


2. Duration

  • Internship duration is flexible, depending on project needs.

  • Both the intern and BHGed may end the internship with 1-day prior notice.


3. Stipend & Rewards

  • This is a Performance-Based Internship.

  • Interns may receive ₹1500 incentive upon achieving assigned performance targets.

  • All interns receive a Certificate of Completion after fulfilling minimum work requirements.

  • BHGed’s decision regarding performance and incentives is final and binding.


4. Confidentiality (NDA)

Interns must keep all BHGed information confidential, including:

  • strategies

  • documents

  • internal discussions

  • student data

  • marketing materials

  • plans

  • templates

Interns cannot share, copy, or distribute any internal information during or after the internship.
Confidentiality remains in effect for 2 years after internship end.

Violation can result in termination and legal action.


5. Intellectual Property Rights

All work created by the intern for BHGed—including content, lists, ideas, designs, strategies, and documents—becomes the exclusive property of BHGed.

Interns cannot claim rights to any work produced during the internship.


7. Professional Conduct

Interns must:

  • communicate professionally

  • follow instructions

  • submit assigned tasks on time

  • maintain respectful behaviour

  • represent BHGed responsibly

Any unprofessional behaviour may result in immediate termination.


8. Work Expectations

  • Interns must be available for communication at least once per day.

  • Tasks are flexible and beginner-friendly.

  • Weekly task reports may be required.


9. Termination & Certificate Policy

BHGed reserves the right to:

  • terminate the internship anytime

  • withhold certificate if minimum work is not completed

  • deny incentives if targets are not met

These decisions will be final.


10. Legal Terms

  • Any misuse, copying, or distribution of internal BHGed material will lead to legal consequences.
