The BHGed Kickstart Fellowship is a 4-week structured career incubation program designed to help college students build essential professional skills, gain career clarity, and access mentorship. The program focuses on resume development, communication skills, portfolio creation, and guided projects to prepare students for future opportunities.do on certainly propriety.
Undergraduate /graduate students (preferably 1st–3rd year) from any discipline.
Youth who wish to kickstart their career journey with practical skills and mentorship.
Duration: 4 weeks
Format: Combination of live mentor sessions, guided tasks, and self-paced learning
Commitment: Around 3–4 hours per week, manageable alongside college studies
Upon successful completion, participants will receive:
A professionally reviewed resume & cover letter
A personalized career roadmap
A digital fellowship certificate & unique digital ID
Recognition through badges and performance points
Access to the BHGed career ecosystem and mentorship network
The fellowship is facilitated by:
Experienced educators and industry professionals
Guest mentors from government bodies, corporate sector, or banking institutions (subject to availability)
For the first cohort (pilot batch), the fellowship is offered free of cost
Certificates will be issued digitally after successful completion of tasks, projects, and participation in sessions.
Each participant will also receive a unique digital fellowship ID for verification and career recognition.
Recordings and resources will be provided.
Participants may complete pending tasks and projects to remain eligible for certification.
