• Undergraduate /graduate students (preferably 1st–3rd year) from any discipline.

• Youth who wish to kickstart their career journey with practical skills and mentorship.

• Duration: 4 weeks

• Format: Combination of live mentor sessions, guided tasks, and self-paced learning

• Commitment: Around 3–4 hours per week, manageable alongside college studies
