By signing up as an educator on our platform, you agree to the terms below:

1. Purpose

You (the “Educator”) agree to collaborate with BHGed to create and/or deliver educational content, live sessions, or mentorship to learners through our platform.

2. Roles & Responsibilities

Educator agrees to:

Provide original, high-quality educational content

Deliver sessions (live/recorded) on time

Engage professionally with learners

Comply with platform rules & code of conduct

BHGed agrees to:

Host, promote, and distribute your content

Manage learner experience and technical support

Handle transactions, analytics, and platform access

3. Content Usage & Ownership

You retain ownership of your original content.

BHGed receives non-exclusive rights to host, promote, and sell it.

Exclusivity applies only for co-created or branded content (case-by-case basis).

4. Revenue Sharing & Payments

Paid Course sell

70% You 30% BHGed

Workshop/webinar/Mentorship etc. 
65% You 35% BHGed

Promoted courses 50-50%

Payouts are processed monthly via PayPal/Bank Transfer.

BHGed deducts applicable taxes and fees.

5. Code of Conduct

Educators must:

Avoid plagiarism or offensive content

Follow data protection laws and user privacy standards

Not promote external services without BHGed’s consent.

6. Termination

You or BHGed may end this partnership with 15 days’ notice.

Immediate termination may occur in cases of misconduct or policy violation.

7.BHGed follows a co-ownership content policy:

 The content you publish on BHGed will be co-owned by you and BHGed.
The content cannot be published or monetized elsewhere.
